In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Can't open the app? Email contact@kivora.social from the email address used for your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete the account after confirming it belongs to you.
What gets deleted: your profile and photo, your picks and their photos, saved places, preferences, trips, friendships and invites, reviews, "I'm interested" choices (including When and Open to meet settings), blocks, notification settings, Help reports and their screenshots, your credits and credits history, usage counters, and place ownership claims. Deletion is immediate.
What stays: messages you already sent, including "Say hi" requests, stay in the other person's chat, shown as "Deleted user". Photos and voice notes inside those messages are deleted. Reports about content and moderation records stay for safety and legal reasons. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time) for security for a limited time.
Business owners: if you have published events or offers, remove them before deleting the account. Any claimed business listing is released automatically.
